2. Content Aggregator Status
Strict Non-Hosting Policy: BBCSpot does not host, upload, or store video files on its own infrastructure. We do not exercise editorial control over the content hosted by these external services.

18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement
BBCSpot has never been, nor will it ever be, a primary or secondary producer of the visual content displayed on this website. Our Platform functions solely as a technological conduit for content produced and hosted at other locations. All record-keeping obligations required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are maintained by the respective third-party hosting providers who are the primary producers of the content.
4. Submitting a Counter-Notification
If you believe that a link was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. Under Section 512(g), our Platform may restore the link unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with Section 512(i) of the DMCA, BBCSpot reserves the right to terminate access or block indexing for any third-party source determined to be a repeat infringer of intellectual property rights.
